Our Team

Erik Sorenson, Founder & Broker

Prior to founding Veracity Commercial in 2015, Erik was a Vice President at Sansome Street Advisors for 6 years where he focused exclusively on representing office tenants. Prior to commercial real estate, Erik worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Frank Rimmerman & Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Erik graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accountancy from DePaul University and was a member of the varsity soccer team. Erik lives with his wife, Jessica and son, Ethan in Downtown San Francisco and enjoys playing golf and riding his bike in his free time.

Ian Osborne, Broker

Prior to joining Veracity Commercial in 2019, Ian was Vice President at Colton Commercial & Partners for 7 years where he learned office leasing from both the landlord and tenant sides of the deal. After Colton and before Veracity, Ian spent one year at WeWork learning all there is to know about CoWorking.

Born in San Francisco, Ian graduated from Willamette University. He lives in North Beach and loves golf, Big sur, and pastrami sandwiches.
